The Directors of the Greater Allisonville Community Council commend Christine Scales, who is serving her first term as Indianapolis District Four City-County Councilor. Her area of responsibility, from 38th street on the south to 96th street on the north, comprises many of our neighborhoods. Councilor Scales devotes extensive time and effort on infrastructure improvements, has been a leader on local issues in the City-County Council, and is a frequent visitor at neighborhood association meetings.
